How do I reset my progress?

Open the DriftMind app, navigate to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Reset All Data". This will delete all locally stored data including your progress, mood history, and achievements.

Is my data private?

Yes! All your personal data (name, mood entries, session history, progress) is stored locally on your device only. We use Firebase Storage exclusively for hosting audio content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why isn't audio playing?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as audio files stream from cloud storage. Check that your device volume is up and silent mode is off. If issues persist, try restarting the app.

Can I use DriftMind offline?

Currently, an internet connection is required to stream meditation audio, affirmations, and sleep stories. Offline playback may be added in future updates.

Is DriftMind a medical app?

No, DriftMind is not a medical app. It provides meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation content for general wellness purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical advice.

What age is DriftMind appropriate for?

DriftMind has an age rating of 4+, making it suitable for all ages. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent to use the app.

Will DriftMind have a subscription?

DriftMind is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will notify users before implementing any charges.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete all your data by going to the Profile tab in the app and tapping "Reset All Data". To completely remove all traces, delete the data and then uninstall the app from your device.
